All copywriting projects are assigned specific deadlines that must be strictly adhered to by the writer. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in penalties and project cancellation. If a project is cancelled, payment will not be issued.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism. Any writer caught submitting plagiarized work will face severe consequences. Our writers are immediately terminated upon detection of plagiarism in any of their copywriting projects.
In the event of plagiarism, the writer responsible will be fined 100% of the project price. Additionally, plagiarized work will not be compensated.
Copywriting projects are deemed successfully completed when positive feedback is received from the customer. Should the customer express dissatisfaction, provide negative comments, or request a revision, the writer is obligated to adhere to all instructions given by the customer. Revisions will not be considered towards writer's payment until the updated version is submitted.
Failure to revise a project may result in order cancellation or a refund for the customer, leading to non-payment for the writer.
Successful completion of projects means that the customer for whom the writer completes project is satisfied with it. If no negative feedback is received from the customer, the project is considered successfully completed. If a customer requests a revision, payment will be adjusted accordingly based on the revision and re-upload schedule.
